Bryan & Bryan Inspections was founded in 1994 by husband and wife duo, Greg and Theresa Bryan. They started their business from their home in Pearland, TX and through lots of hard work, determination, and a focus on an excellent Customer Experience, they have grown the business to over 60 employees in each of the major markets in Texas. As the company has grown, the vision for creating unlimited opportunity for our employees has grown and the level of care that comes with it has grown as well.

Bryan & Bryan Inspections has become one of the premier Home Inspection Companies in Texas and completes more than 7,000 home inspections each year.  Our mission is to be an extraordinary customer service company providing the best Professional Real Estate Inspection experience, and based off of our 4,000+ five-star Google Reviews, our team is exceeding at that!
