Inspections for VA Loans

If you are a veteran in the process of buying a new home, we would love to help you get your inspection scheduled. At Bryan & Bryan Inspections, we value the commitment and sacrifice made by those who have served our country.

Our home inspection follows TREC guidelines and should meet the lender’s requirements. All of our home inspectors are also licensed through the Department of Agriculture to perform the Wood Destroying Insect Inspection that is required for VA loans. The WDI is included in our home inspection packages as a complimentary service.

When you call to get a quote or schedule your inspection, be sure to let our call center representatives know that you are applying for a VA loan. As a “thank you” for your service, we will apply our veterans’ discount toward the total cost of your inspection. If your lender requests an invoice for the complimentary WDI, we will be happy to provide that as well.
